Know your desired outcome - how do you know your target audience has received, understood, and will transmit your message?

You've spent some time determining your message, setting up and integrating your social media accounts, discovering your voice, mastering your smartphone, and coming up with a rough framework for the message you wish to spread.  You've been updating, adding new content, tweeting and retweeting, making blog and vlog updates...

So how do you know that what you have said has been understood?  How do you know the message is spreading?

Fortunately, we get to see the back end of things... monitoring what works and what is successful is relatively easy.  The rest is diligence.  It's being current, engaging your audience, taking a leadership role in providing information and direction.  It's finding like-minded people and bringing them together because of course many voices are much stronger than  single voice.
